Vincent Parco sentenced to 1 to 3 years for secret filming of sex romp

Ex-TV gumshoe Vincent Parco landed one to three years behind bars Friday for a blackmail plot involving a secretly recorded threesome.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge Donald Leo admitted at sentencing that he liked the affable private investigator but couldn’t stomach that the defendant had gone along with a twisted scheme meant to entrap the husband of a child-sex-abuse victim to stop her from testifying against the abuser, Sam Israel. The abuser had hired Parco to help him in the scheme.

“It’s hard not to like you, Mr. Parco,” Leo told the former “Parco PI” star. But “this does not override what you did. You turned a blind eye to a horrible, horrible person.”

Parco claimed at trial that he thought he was simply investigating infidelity when he was hired by Israel to lure the devoutly religious man to a hotel room and have him engage in sex with two hookers using a strap-on dildo.

But jurors rejected the argument, and 69-year-old was convicted in May on charges of unlawful surveillance and promoting prostitution.

Parco, who had faced up to four years behind bars, declined to address the judge before he was taken into custody.

Outside court, his lawyer, Peter Gleason, said his client is headed to Rikers, which the attorney called “a toxic waste dump.”
