just weeks before she is due to give birth.<\/p>\n<p>Lily Stevenson,\u00a0from South Jordan, Utah, has been sharing clips of her intense workout regime which proudly showcase her\u00a0huge baby bump.<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old, who is 37-weeks pregnant with her second child,\u00a0said: &#8216;The biggest misconception about weight lifting while pregnant is that you can&#8217;t.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The muscular mom&#8217;s personal bests in the gym since being pregnant are squatting 125kg and deadlifting 155kg.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/19\/23\/79148495-12883135-Lily_Stevenson_from_South_Jordan_Utah_has_been_sharing_clips_of_-a-20_1703027786783.jpg\" height=\"991\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Lily Stevenson, from South Jordan, Utah, has been sharing clips of her intense workout regime which proudly showcase her huge baby bump<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/19\/22\/79148501-12883135-image-m-7_1703024554778.jpg\" height=\"907\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old (pictured alongside partner Nathan), who is expecting her second child, said: &#8216;The biggest misconception about weight lifting while pregnant is that you can&#8217;t&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>When Lily had her first child, she began focusing on her fitness, with the gym being a huge part of her life, stating that after going once with a friend she was hooked on working out.<\/p>\n<p>During her second pregnancy, Lily decided to go and see her doctor to discuss the possible impacts working out may have whilst pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>She explained: &#8216;I did speak to my doctor at the time and I continued to talk to her about it and to see what she&#8217;s comfortable with.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I get pretty anemic when I&#8217;m pregnant &#8211; It&#8217;s something that I enjoy and that I love.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Despite sharing her videos online to help inspire other moms to go and hit the gym, Lily has received her fair share of hate, which has left her in floods of tears.<\/p>\n<p>While showcasing her journey, viewers have constantly questioned her baby&#8217;s safety, making comments such as: &#8216;I don&#8217;t mean to sound rude, but is this even allowed when you&#8217;re pregnant?<\/p>\n<p>Another wrote: &#8216;It doesn&#8217;t seem worth the risk at all.<\/p>\n<p>And someone else asked: &#8216;Is this safe?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Lily explained: &#8216;I get a lot of haters in my comment saying that I shouldn&#8217;t be working out while pregnant and shouldn&#8217;t be doing this and shouldn&#8217;t be doing that, and it&#8217;s going to harm the baby.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I&#8217;ve heard all kinds of crazy things &#8211;
