While promoting her new movie “A Simple Favor,” Lively, 30, accessorized each of her four outfits with a different pair of Christian Louboutin heels, each pricier than the last. She kicked things off with the French designer’s “Agritti” pumps, which don’t appear to be shoppable yet; their open-toed sister style goes for $965.
