Blue Öyster Cult Share ‘Godzilla’ Recorded From Home Studios

Blue Öyster Cult produced a lockdown version of their classic 1977 song “Godzilla” featuring each of the band members who recorded the track from their home in the wake of coronavirus.

The legendary rock band shared the “Godzilla” special edition on their official YouTube channel.

“So while ‘ON TOUR FOREVER’ is temporarily on hold we took a short break from working on our next album to record this from everyone’s home studio. Hope we can get back on the road and see you all soon. Meanwhile, stay safe & ENJOY,” BOC said in a statement with the release of the song.

Blue Öyster Cult consists of vocalist/lead guitarist Donald “Buck Dharma” Roeser, vocalist/rhythm guitarist Eric Bloom, keyboard player Richie Castellano, bass guitarist Danny Miranda, and drummer Jules Radino.
