A member of Cardi B’s entourage slugged a persistent fan who kept begging for an autograph from the pregnant rapper Monday night following the Met Gala, police sources said.
The 33-year-old Bronx resident got too close to Cardi B at 2:15 a.m. outside the Mark Hotel on East 77th Street — where celebs prep for one of the biggest nights in fashion.
Cops said the man repeatedly asked the Bronx-born rapper for her John Hancock even though she kept telling him no.
“Oh c’mon, don’t be like that, mama. I just asked for an autograph. I’m an autograph hound,” the man says in a video of the beatdown obtained by TMZ.
Cardi B’s crew intervened — and allegedly pushed the victim to the ground and punched him, cops said.
One of the men stomped on the victim — as seen in the video — before fleeing with two other men westbound on East 77th Street.
The victim was taken to New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell in stable condition.
No arrests have been made and cops are looking to speak to the three men about what happened.
