Brooke Vincent has visited the Coronation Street set with her young son, leaving fans hoping she's going to make a return to the soap.
Brooke, 30, who played Sophie Webster in the ITV soap until October 2019 when she went on maternity leave, excitedly showed Mexx, three, around her workplace and gave him a peek behind the scenes.
The mum-of-two, who shares sons Mexx and Monroe, one, with footballer Kean Bryan, shared a collection of photos from the fun day out.
"The Most Iconic Street. Today I took Mexx back to Corrie, Last time I was here I was about to give birth to him!!" she told her followers.
Brooke continued: 3 years have past, everything has changed, yet everything is still the same.. I saw old friends and people I literally spent over half my life working with!!! Forever a huge part of me. until next time. we had the best time visiting," with a red heart emoji.
One snap showed Mexx and Brooke in front of Webster's Autocentre, which is ran by Brooke's on-screen dad Kevin, while in a second photo the duo could be seen walking down the cobbled street holding hands.
Mexx also got to explore the newsagents as well as the iconic Rovers Return Inn, before heading behind the scenes to look around the costume room.
Many Corrie fans pleaded with Brooke to reprise her role as Sophie following her Instagram post, and even her soap co-stars urged her to rejoin the show.

Sally Dynevor, who plays Brooke's on-screen mum Sally Webster, wrote: "Sooo good to see you Brooke. We need you back," with three red heart emojis.
"Come home then," Colson Smith, who plays Craig Tinker, added.
"We need Sophie Webster back," one Corrie fan said, as another agreed saying: "You need to come back to corrie!!! Your fans miss you!!"
A third wrote: "I miss you being in it you were my favourite can’t believe you’ve been out of it for that long xxx."
Brooke stated her maternity leave in October 2019 and went on to welcome her two sons, but has not ruled out returning to Coronation Street.
Speaking to OK! about her potential return to the cobbles, she said: “Corrie for me will always be home, but Corrie’s ongoing – it’s forever there. They don’t have an end date. So for me, smaller projects will be doable because they have a start and an end date."
