Channing Tatum hangs with America’s most hated ‘Bachelor’

Newly single Channing Tatum spent his weekend with a man who knows a thing or two about breaking hearts.

On Sunday, Tatum, 37, made his first public appearance since splitting from wife Jenna Dewan, hopping into the driver’s seat at the Honda Indy Grand Prix in Birmingham, Alabama. Tatum served as grand marshal and palled around with former “Bachelor” and fellow racer, Arie Luyendyk Jr.

“Crazy fast couple laps in the rain!! Thanks @ariejr! And what an incredibly beautiful track Mr. Barber. Can’t wait to come back here and rip some hot laps,” Tatum posted on Instagram from Barber Motorsports Park.

Luyendyk, 36, followed suit, sharing, “Such a great dude! Fun meeting @channingtatum and getting to lead the field to green in the @Honda IndyCar.”

Tatum and Dewan, 37, announced their separation earlier this month after nearly nine years together.

“Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now,” the pair confirmed in a joint statement.

Dewan has since dropped the Tatum from her name on her social media accounts.

As for Luyendyk, the reality star and fiancée Lauren Burnham appear to be going strong amid a controversial few months. After dumping publicist Becca Kufrin during “The Bachelor” season finale in March, Luyendyk proposed to Burnham, 25, on-air. The couple later drew the ire of the internet following a tone-deaf April Fools’ gag, claiming they were expecting.
