The cast of “Summer House” has run into additional roadblocks in the Hamptons.
After neighbors were ticked off that the party-filled reality series was setting up its home base in their quiet gated community for the summer, the castmates had a run-in with the police over the weekend, a source told Page Six.
We’re told a few cast members were celebrating star Kyle Cooke’s birthday this weekend by driving expensive cars, including a Lamborghini and a Ferrari, down the main street in Sag Harbor, Long Island, when they were stopped by cops.
“The cars made quite a bit of noise and drew the crowd’s attention,” a source told Page Six. “Someone called the cops, who showed up and told them they needed a filming permit and they couldn’t film from the back of their van.”
The source added the crew then “moseyed out of town,” presumably heading back to their Hamptons summer rental in Water Mill.
We’re told no fines or tickets were handed out for the incident.
The cast was also spotted at Jue Lan Club in Southampton on Friday.
Earlier this summer, it was revealed the cast was undergoing a “refresh” for Season 3.
