Olympic gold medallist Denise Lewis has announced she is expecting her fourth child.
The retired athlete-turned-pundit, 45, posted a photograph on Twitter showing her in a bikini and sporting a baby bump.
"Well Twitter friends, I haven’t let myself go I’m eating for two," she wrote.
"Excited and a little nervous even though I have been here before, but hoping for a healthy and trouble free pregnancy."
She added the hashtags "number4", "oldermom" and "babynews".
Denise was married to Belgian springer Patrick Stevens until 2005. They hav one daughter together, 15-year-old Lauryn.
In October 2006, Denise wed property developer Steve Finan O’Connor, son of comedian Tom O’Connor and former manager of Neneh Cherry, Madness and All Saints. They have two sons, Ryan and Kane.
Denise was the 2000 Olympic heptathlon champion. The following year she was awarded an OBE.
Last year the retired athlete opened about motherhood, telling the Express: “I can never stay in bed because the guilt kicks in far too quickly.
"There’s always something to be done in the house with a family of five."

Denise, who lives in Buckinghamshire, added: “My children are sporty and we’re always playing in the garden."
“You can make games up together, things to get your heart rate up. We love a garden game called ‘stick in the mud’.”
