Gemma Collins and Rami’s loved-up display as Christmas plans hang in balance

There's nothing of the Grinch about Gemma Collins. And true to form, The Only Way Is Essex star kicked off Christmas party season in style as she strutted along the red carpet with her boyfriend Rami Hawash on Tuesday night.

The pair looked loved-up as they strolled arm in arm, before kissing as they posed for photos at the London event. Rami, 45, was looking dapper, dressed smartly in an all black suit, casually clutching his jacket.

Equally glam was Gemma, 40, who wore all black with long satin gloves for the sing along to Christmas Carols and Motown classics to support The Childhood Trust and Quintessentially Foundation.

The reality TV star, 40, couldn't be looking more forward to spending the festive season with Rami after reuniting earlier this year. Although it's likely that with travel bans ever-changing, Gemma will be hoping the trip to Bethlehem that her beau has been planning is able to go ahead.

Gemma was full of praise of the event and videoed herself singing along to the talented London Gospel Choir.

The TV star shared a photo of her with Rami on Instagram and wrote: "What a fabulous evening supporting Childhood Trust … it’s the season of goodwill and if anyone can help or support then please do and always remember the more you give, the universe will always thank you"

The self-confessed Mrs Claus, who spoke exclusively to OK! recently, added in her heartfelt post: "Don’t just give for recognition gift from your heart without expecting anything back."

In her recent interview with OK!, Gemma talked about her relationship with Rami and what its like to be in her role as step-mum to his son, Tristan, three.

She explained: "He [Tristan] is the first one I have bought for actually so I have had to put his presents up in the loft. You know what, with children it is best not to spoil them too much because I think kids need to understand the value of stuff."

Discussing ideas for Christmas presents and treats Rami's son may be opening on the big day, Gemma told us: "He is obsessed with Stick Man! So all of the Julia Donaldson books and stuff like that. Little bits and pieces but I just love him to death so I have booked to go to Lapland UK plus I have my nephews and stuff."

However, for the businesswoman and podcast host, Christmas is not all about material things.

She continued in her exclusive OK! interview : "It is Christmas every day for me and what I mean by that I am happy and I don't need anything so for me when people ask to buy me stuff I prefer personalised items. I don't need something big – it is the personal touches that mean something to me."

The festivities have well and truly commenced for the corner and the Collins household and it looks like they will not be short of mistletoe too.
