Jamie Laing has shared the "emotional" moment his sister was reunited with their dad Nicolas for the first time in four years.
Former Made in Chelsea star Jamie, 33, posted a video of his the pair's heartwarming reunion on Instagram after she secretly flew back to the UK to surprise him for his birthday.
"We haven't seen my sister in 4 years as she lives in Bali," Jamie wrote over the footage which begins with his dad Nicolas opening the boot of a car on a graveled driveway.
"But she finally come home to surprise my Dad on his Birthday," Jamie continues as his sister Gem crawls out from beneath a sheet of birthday wrapping paper in the boot and jumps out on her dad with a huge smile on her face.
Dressed in a navy polo and shorts, Nicolas initially gasps with shock and holds his hands to his face in disbelief.
He is then seen to be moved to tears as his daughter flings her arms around him and they share a long embrace.
"Happy birthday Dad," former Strictly contestant and now-confectionary firm boss Jamie says over the tear-jerking footage of the pair hugging set to piano music.
"This made me emotional!!" Jamie captioned the clip. Adding: "Happy Birthday Dad, we love you – family is everything," followed by another red heart emoji.
He also shared a preview of the clip on his Instagram story and said: "Be prepared to cry."
Jamie's other sister Emily commented on the post saying: "All 6 of us on the same island. It never happens."
And a host of other celebs also commented saying how moved they were by the video.
"We'll I'm crying now," said comedian Russell Kane, as Strictly professional dancer Giovanni Pernice said: "This is beautiful."
Meanwhile, Alan Carr shared a crying emoji.
Jamie is engaged to fellow Made in Chelsea star Sophie Habboo, 28, having popped the question in December 2021.
They have hinted they will be having an 'intimate' ceremony with just close family and friends but no best man. Though he has said he has asked Spencer Matthews to be one of his groomsmen.
Last week Sophie revealed she was annoyed with Jamie for not proposing sooner.
When asked if she was expecting him to pop the question, she said: "No, but we had gone to Barbados two weeks before and I’m not gonna lie, I was expecting it there.
"By the end of the trip I was in a bit of a mood, I had a cry to myself and thought, 'It isn't going to happen'."
Jamie was visibly confused, saying they'd had a huge argument on their trip.
"That was why," she replied. "After the second day, everything I did after that, I was like, 'I hate him'."
However, Jamie hilariously revealed the reason he hadn't proposed in Barbados was because they were actually there for a friend's destination wedding.
