Jessica Wright leaves Essex home built by brother Mark after he borrowed £700k

Jessica Wright looked every inch the savvy business woman as she left home in a white trouser suit.

Leaving the luxury Essex apartment built by her brother Mark, she looked sassy and confident.

The lavish four-bedroom house is part of a terrace of four homes built from a renovated mansion.

Mark Wright’s property project is said to have made the former TOWIE star £5 million in profit.

He bought the seven-bedroom mansion in Chigwell and split it into four houses after reportedly borrowing £700,000 from his wife Michelle Keegan to fund the project.

It’s also thought Jess lent Mark £58,500 herself for the conversion, according to The Sun .

Mark reportedly paid £1,050,000 for the originally property in Chigwell – TOWIE territory and home of celeb hot-spot Sheesh.

So while Essex lad Mark Wright is in LA making his fortune as the host of Extra TV – he’s still got plenty of interests in his old stomping ground.

The original house had seven bedrooms, six reception rooms, five bathrooms, two garages, and a separate one-bedroom annex.

Mark purchased the property in September 2015, according to documents obtained by the publication.

He then obtained planning permission from Epping Forest District Council in August 2016 to convert the big house into four terraced homes.

Each of the new houses is spread over three floors with four bedrooms, all en-suite, ab open plan living room and kitchen, back garden and parking space.

If you fancy living in TOWIE-style luxury then one of the properties is currently on the market, via John Thoma Bespoke Estate Agents.

The house is on offer at £1,295,000 – which is nearly £250,000 more than Mark paid for the original house.

Looks like Mark has made a sweet profit!
