Justin Bieber doesn’t want Cleveland assault to be part of egging lawsuit

Justin Bieber‘s endless egging lawsuit will come to a head in his upcoming trial, but his lawyers are requesting certain topics about his behavior be eliminated from being discussed.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Bieber’s lawyers don’t want his 2016 street brawl during the NBA Finals brought up, in which Bieber stands accused of saying the N-word in front of a group of people. He’s also being sued for that.

The “What Do You Mean?” singer, 24, is being sued for egging his neighbors’ house in 2014. He already paid $80,000 to repair damages sustained from the vandalism, but now the homeowners want compensation for the alleged distress they suffered in the aftermath.

Bieber’s attorneys are calling their claims “trivial, irrelevant” and “petty.”

His neighbors also claimed Bieber skipped a deposition in June to makeout with fiancée Hailey Baldwin.

The next hearing for the egging case is set for August.
