Kane Brown and wife Katelyn Jae have announced that they are expecting a baby girl.
Brown had announced on social media last month that his wife is carrying their first child.
The child’s gender was revealed on Wednesday.
“We’re having a baby girl,” Brown told “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” executive producer Andy Lassner on the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.
“I’m prepared. I’m not going to let the baby go,” Brown said. “I’m going to hold on to [her] the whole time — I might be carrying the baby down the carpet with me next.”
