Kate Middleton and Prince William put on united front after explosive Andrew drama

Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoyed an official royal visit to the Foundling Museum on Wednesday 19 January.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have visited the museum, which tells the history of the Foundling Hospital, to learn more about the care sector.

Patron of the Foundling Museum Kate, 40, and husband William, 39, met with representatives of the sector and spoke with those who have experience in the care system to explore the challenges those leaving care can face and how the issues are being tackled.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who turned 40 earlier this year, looked elegant in head to toe navy. She wore a pair of flared trousers teamed with a knee length jacket and roll neck jumper.

She kept her signature tresses down in a slight wave as she smiled for photographers outside the venue.

Meanwhile, William mirrored her look in a navy suit jacket and matching jumper.

The couple looked deep in conversation as they arrived at the royal visit, which comes hours after an explosive documentary on Prince Andrew aired on Tuesday 18 January.

ITV documentary Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Paedophile left viewers shocked as Ranvir Singh delved into the the accusations made against Maxwell, Epstein and the Duke of York.

Viewers were shocked as the documentary made a number of revelations including the discovery household manual in Epstein's mansion and how Prince Andrew would "shout and scream" if his teddy bear collection was rearranged.

The Royals have not made a public comment regarding the documentary.

Earlier this month, Kate stunned the nation as three powerful photos of the duchess were shared for her 40th birthday.

In the three images Kate looks every bit the future queen, wearing minimal make-up with her hair styled in side-swept curls. In the images, she models three incredible gowns designed by Alexander McQueen.
