Law firm alleges Bill Cosby owes $50K in fees

A law firm that once repped Bill Cosby claims the embattled entertainer has yet to fork over the $50,000 their team provided in legal services, according to a report.

Pennsylvania lawyer Sam Silver represented the 81-year-old comedian for around five months prior to his retrial — and conviction — on sex assault charges, but left before his case went to trial in April.

Silver’s Philadelphia-based firm, Schader Harrison Segal and Lewis, filed the suit to recoup their alleged losses Wednesday, reports TMZ.

Cosby was found guilty on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and molesting former Temple University staffer Andrea Constand in his suburban Philly mansion in January 2004.

Prosecutors yesterday filed a motion requesting that Judge Steven O’Neill allow multiple Cosby accusers to testify about their alleged abuse at the aged comic’s sentencing, which currently is scheduled to begin on Sept. 24.

O’Neill has yet to rule.

A rep for Cosby did not immediately return a message.
