Real Madrid legend Raul trained with Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday afternoon as part of earning his professional coaching badges.
The Spaniard, 40, hung up his boots just three years ago after ending his career with New York Cosmos in the North American Soccer League.
The former forward is best known for his time at Real Madrid.
After progressing through the academy Raul spent 16 seasons at Los Blancos and scored 323 goals in 741 appearances.
While at the Santiago Bernabeu, he won six La Liga titles and three Champions League trophies.
Raul also played for Spain, earning 102 caps and scoring 44 goals.
The Spaniard’s experience would have been a welcome addition to Spurs training as the squad prepare to face West Brom on Saturday.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have yet to seal a place in the top four but a win over the Baggies would take them a big step closer.
