The Arquette family is still mourning the loss of their sister, Alexis Arquette, nearly two years after her untimely passing.
“It’s been fractured and hard since Alexis passed,” Rosanna Arquette said on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” Thursday evening. “It’s been really painful for all of us. We’re in PTSD.”
Rosanna also opened up about one of her favorite memories with Alexis, whose birthday would have been on Saturday.
“Well, every birthday—July 28th will be her birthday that’s coming up—and we would go out to a special lunch just the two of us,” she said. “That was a very special time, and we always had champagne.”
Alexis passed away at age 47 from a heart attack following a 29-year battle with HIV.
The transgender actress received roles in “The Wedding Singer,” “Pulp Fiction” and “Bride of Chucky.”
