Stephen Clements dead: BBC radio presenter dies suddenly aged 47

BBC Radio Ulster presenter Stephen Clements has died suddenly at the age of 47.

BBC Northern Ireland Director Peter Johnston has said in a statement: “We are sorry to bring you the sad news of the passing of our colleague Stephen Clements.

“Our thoughts are with Stephen’s family, friends and colleagues, at this difficult time.”

The presenter began his career on Citybeat, before moving on to host Q Radio’s Breakfast Show for seven years.

Most recently, he hosted on BBC’s Radio Ulster.
