It goes without saying that Taylor Swift loves her fans more than anything and is one of the biggest stars who still has personal relationship with the millions of people who love her. She has proven her dedication to her fans tons of times in the past, but over the weekend she truly outdid herself.
If you somehow didn’t already know, Taylor’s hightly anticipated Reputation Stadium Tour kicks off on May 8, and to say we’re excited is a huge understatement. Ever since the 28-year-old released Reputation, we have been >not-so-patiently waiting for the tour to start because we know it’s going to be unlike anything she has ever done before.
As Taylor and her team have been doing final preparations for the big opening night, she decided to do something extremely special. Instead of doing a complete run-through of the show to an empty stadium, T.Swift invited 2,000 foster families to attend the dress rehearsal and threw them a pizza party. Just thinking about how special this night must have been for the families makes us tear up. Because the tour is still being kept under wraps, no cameras were allowed inside the venue, but one father who attended the private concert tweeted out how important the event was for his family:
Not only did Tay put on an incredible show for these special families, but she was determined to talk to every single one and take a photo with them. But let’s be real, we would have been more surprised if she didn’t do that.

What makes this whole story even sweeter is the fact that May is National Foster Care Month! We don’t know about you, but this makes us even more excited about the Reputation Stadium Tour and we didn’t think that was possible!
