Terminator movie PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Linda Hamilton, 61, looks as toned as she did in 1984 film as she is seen on set for first time
Linda Hamilton was seen for the first time in character as Sarah Connor for the Terminator reboot when she was spotted on set in Madrid, Spain on Tuesday.
The 61-year-old actress looked ready to take down some armed cyborgs as she wore a bulletproof vest while holding a futuristic-looking gun.
This movie redo – which will be released in November 2019 – also stars Terminator vet Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as newcomers Mackenzie Davis, who was also pictured on set, Diego Boneta, Gabriel Luna and Natalia Reyes.

The first film was directed by James Cameron who Linda was married to from 1997 until 1999. James is now wed to his Titanic star Suzy Amis and they have three children together.
Cameron is now a producer on the reboot.

The movie, which was initially meant to come out July 26 next year but was recently bumped to that November 22, will feature Mackenzie as an assassin.

He is best known for starring as Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider on the ABC action superhero series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
And he has also appeared as the El Rey Network drama series Matador.

Asked whether Arnold might portray ‘a human character,’ James theorized to TheArnoldFans.com about a ‘prototype’ for Arnold’s original 1984 character T-800 ‘that they grew the organic outer layer that they grew the Terminator from.’

There has to have been a guy who’s DNA was harvested from – that they grew the organic outter layer that they grew the Terminator from…and that presumably was a real person at some point.’
On a roll, James said: ‘Now, the question is, did that person have some sort of meaning to Skynet on WHY they chose that one (Arnold)?’
Alternatively, it could have been ‘like a whole rack of Terminators and the one that happened to be the Arnold model just happened to be closest to the door going out to the time displacement center and all the others looked different?’
