Ferne McCann says bringing adorable daughter into the world initially left her feeling lonely and cut off from the rest of the world.

The TOWIE star gave birth to Sunday back in 2017 – but the pressures of being on her own took its toll.

Coping with a newborn by herself wasn't easy – and she soon felt incredibly alone.

"Being a new mum in particular, you can feel isolated and lonely," Ferne revealed in a candid interview with The Sun.

"It's such a change of lifestyle, which you think is going to be all sunshine and roses but actually, it's a huge adjustment.

"You are solely responsible for a tiny human that is solely dependent on you. That's a big task."

She is backing a movement to reach out if you are in need of support.

"I 100 per cent felt loneliness when I moved out of my mum's and it was just me and Sunday – that was really tough," the star added.

"But you can feel lonely in a room full of people. It can affect anyone."

The 30-year-old seems to have taken inspiration from Ariana Grande for her latest new look.

She has been sporting a shoulder-length bob for a while now – and it’s now become something of a signature style for her.

The high pony is a signature of the newly-engaged singer and Ferne is looking incredible.

In a recent exclusive interview with the beauty, OK! asked what her future hair plans might be, considering she’s been known to switch up her style on a whim.

“Just you wait, babes,” she teased.

But what is the secret to her fresh-faced looked – despite looking after Sunday 24/7?

“Skincare is a big one for me – it’s something my mum always taught me,” she says.

“I want to prevent ageing so I always wear SPF and make sure my foundation has got it in. You can get away with having those no make-up days when your skin is good.”
