Aldi are launching a Gingerbread Liqueur and it’s under £10

Gingerbread Gin Liquer is shaping up to be the drink this season, as both Asda and Aldi have released their versions of the spiced liqueur.

Aldi’s Gingerbread Liquer is priced at £9.99, and will be available online and in store from 1 October, making it £2 cheaper than Asda’s version which costs £12 .

The budget supermarket says the tipple is ‘characterised by warming notes of ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and orange is best enjoyed with a splash of tonic water or simply served neat over ice’.

Aldi has also announced it will be increasing its gin offering by 60% this autumn, and the Gingerbread Gin is expected to be a huge hit with shoppers looking for a festive tipple.

Gin enthusiasts nationwide will be pleased to hear that the Passionfruit Gin Liqueur and Aldi’s Oliver Cromwell Pink Gin (£10.99) are set to return in stores and online from October 1 .
