MEGHAN Markle was left sitting awkwardly alone as it appeared Prince Harry ignored her attempts to talk to him at a baseball game in London on Saturday.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex surprised fans by turning up to watch the New York Yankees take on the Boston Red Sox as the capital hosted its first Major League game.
As the new parents were watching the action the camera panned onto a smiling Meghan, 37, who looked like she was trying to talk to her husband.
Despite her attempts to chat, Harry was deep in conversation with a friend and didn’t notice her efforts.
Giving up, Meghan turns back to watch the game at the London Stadium in Stratford as Harry chatted on seemingly unaware of his rebuff.
With the roaring crowd in the stadium, it is likely that Harry simply didn’t hear Meghan trying to talk, but it didn’t stop beady-eyed fans commenting on the moment.
One user shared a video on Twitter and said: “Is it my imagination or is Harry ignoring her?”
While it's not clear what the pair were saying, lip reader Tina Lannin from 121 Captions told Fabulous Digital that Meghan said: "Oh my god" before Harry could be seen saying: "They both need good… [to] second base. But…"
The moment comes after royal fans were convinced they could see the duke and duchess having a marital tiff on the Buckingham Palace balcony at Trooping the Colour in June.
The couple – who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary – were filmed sharing a few words after joining the Queen to watch the traditional flyover.
Then, the duchess turns around to Harry, who appears to tell her off.
According to lip reader Tina Lannin, Harry says: "No he hasn't. Oh fine. Turn around."
Just at this point the National Anthem begins playing, indicating that perhaps he was telling her to stand to attention just in time before the music begins.
The prince maintained his stern expression, while sheepish Meghan awkwardly turned back and tried to compose herself.
Meanwhile, Harry appeared to refuse to hold Meghan's hand at the Young Leaders Reception at Buckingham Palace last July.
Meghan and Harry left baby Archie at home for the baseball, which was one of their first joint engagements since becoming parents.
It was the American-born royal's third appearance since giving birth to their two-month-old son and comes in the middle of her three-month maternity leave.
Ahead of the game, the duke and duchess met members from both of the American teams in their changing rooms.
Each side presented the royal couple, who were stepping out in support of the Invictus Games Foundation, with a personalised gift for their firstborn child.
The Yankees delighted Meghan with a T-Shirt in their team colours bearing 'ARCHIE 19' on the back.
At the event, the duchess wore a chic black dress by British designer Stella McCartney, that came with cap sleeves and was belted at the waist.
Earlier today, prince Harry attended The Diana Award National Youth Mentoring Summit at Banking Hall in London.
The event brings together young people, industry leaders and experts to shine a light on mentoring and its potential for businesses and communities.
She previously stepped out at Windsor castle when she introduced Archie to the world, and joined fellow royals at Trooping The Colour.
Meghan's rare appearance comes as it was announced the couple will embark on a royal tour to South Africa with baby Archie this autumn.
However, it was exclusively revealed by Fabulous Digital that Meghan and Archie can't join Harry on second leg of the Royal Tour because "the plane is too small".
