Baby Archie wears £13 H&M dungarees during Africa tour with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry – two months after cousin Prince George was spotted in the high-street brand’s £6 polo shirt – The Sun

FOR baby Archie’s first royal engagement he rocked a pair of blue dungarees that cost just £13 from high street store H&M.

The four-month-old tot was carried by his parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry today as they visited Archbishop Desmond Tutu as part of their 10-day royal tour of southern Africa.

Archie wore H&M’s light blue striped dungarees and bodysuit, which is available in sizes up to nine months for £12.99.

The young royal, who looked the spitting image of his dad Prince Harry, 35, when he was a baby, was seen happily smiling and giggling on the lap of his mum Meghan Markle, 38.

Archie stole the limelight during the visit, with the Archbishop's daughter joking the baby boy will "be a ladies man".

As well as his sweet romper, Archie also wore a pair of cute white socks during his appearance.

The seventh-in-line to the throne – who appeared to have tell-tale signs of his dad's red hair – posed with the man they call “The Arch” with proud mum and dad.

Meghan joked with the Archbishop’s daughter Thandeka Tutu Gxashe, that the little royal would have have to get used the the cameras in his life.

Thandeka said: “I have cameras in my genes", with Meghan replying: "He's an old soul."

Dad Harry also then piped up, saying: "I think he is used to it already”.

The Archbishop’s daughter also joked: “You like the ladies. He’s going to be a ladies’ man."

As they arrived for the meeting, the Sussexes also shared a video of their family on Instagram along with the cute caption "Arch meets Archie!"

It’s not the first time the royal family has demonstrated their love of H&M.

For the official photos released for Prince George’s sixth birthday in July, he was seen snapped in a dark green polo top which costs £5.99 from the high street brand.

It was the same top that he wore to watch his dad Prince William compete at the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day earlier in July.

Meanwhile Meghan wore a £25 H&M dress when she was pregnant with Archie that sold out within hours.

The mum-of-one opted for a cream, fitted midi and paired the look with Manolo Blahnik Allura 105 heels and a Stella McCartney tote bag.

Yesterday, Meghan revealed how baby Archie loves to fall asleep on Prince Harry's chest.

Sitting down for tea with a local family on the second day of their Africa tour, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have spoken about their baby son and his sleeping habits.

Meghan also revealed how happy she is being a new mum, adding that Archie is also "very happy" and "having a ball of a time".

However, she did admit she slept with "one eye open" on the 11-hour flight to Cape Town due to having her baby on board, but said he was "very good" during the trip.

She also gushed about her "wonderful" four-month-old baby as she said her "transition to motherhood" has been "easy".

While his mum and dad have been doing numerous public engagements during their 10-day trip, Archie has been looked after by the couple's new nanny.

The new worker is described by Meghan, 38, as a “godsend”, and accompanied the new mum and the young tot as they left their British Airways flight.

After public appearances with Harry today, mum Meghan is expected to stay in Johannesburg with Archie while Harry goes to Botswana, Angola and Malawi.

As part of the tour, Harry will also meet a British military unit who are working alongside the local rangers to help combat the threat of the illegal wildlife trade in Malawi.

They were also convinced to join in a welcome dance as they arrived for the Africa tour yesterday.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry reveals he is so ‘overwhelmed’ by the world’s problems that he sometimes struggles to get out of bed.
