BUYING a home is more difficult than ever these days.

Most people who do achieve the 'impossible task' don’t manage it until they are well into their 30s and 40s.

With house prices so high, it’s not wonder new homeowners can’t afford fancy renovations for their new homes.

So it’s no wonder people are turning to DIY to give their homes a little makeover.

One couple has confessed they had to learn DIY skills fast so they could do up their home with a little as fiver in their bank account.

Nathan and Danielle, who go by @homeatonetwentynine shared some of their transformations on their TikTok.
