I tried setting powder to finish of my make-up before a night out – I was horrified when I saw the photos the next day

FOR many of us, getting ready for a night out is a whole process.

So, there's nothing more satisfying than looking in the mirror and thinking all that time spent on hair and makeup has paid off.

But unfortunately one woman, who is from Ireland, suffered a huge makeup blunder – and didn't realise until the next morning.

Hannah Nuzum, 21, took to TikTok and shared a snap from a night out with another family member.

But, as they posed for the camera, the pair were completely oblivious they'd soon come to regret that very photo.

Alongside the snap, she penned: "When me and my cousin didn’t realise the setting powder had flash back and actually went on a night out like this."

In the photo, their faces are as white as a ghost due to "flashback" – a phenomenon where setting powder gives a white reflection when hit by flash.
