I’m a mum-of-four & found a new cheap way to feed everyone for a week, the food tastes great & it’s all from one shop | The Sun

A MUM-OF-FOUR has revealed a new cheap way to feed everyone in her family for less than £40 a week.

Emma Ashton, from the UK, was left stunned by how cheap feeding her family of six was.

Emma decided to try out the new Asda just essentials range – which features bright yellow packaging.

And it comes at just the right time as prices of food continue to increase thanks to inflation.

Posting the massive food haul on TikTok, Emma covered her kitchen sides in all sorts of goodies.

She said: "I just bought a full week's worth of shopping from the just essentials range at Asda."

She also bagged enough salad for the week as well as two quiches, and six tins of beans.

Emma planned to have a roast gammon, spaghetti bolognese, quiche, jacket potatoes, pizza, and chicken nuggets and chips for dinners throughout the week, plus a full English breakfast.
