NOTHING feels nicer than stocking up on a few shiny new bits and bobs for your upcoming holiday – and particularly if they're a bargain.
A mum has revealed her delight at finding three pairs of sandals in Sainsbury's discounted to just £1 a pop.
In a post to the 'Latest Deals, Extreme Couponing and Bargains Group' on Facebook, the woman called Claire explained how she had accidentally stumbled across a sale in the Tu section of the supermarket.
The mum shared a snap of three pairs of sandals – at least one of which was labelled as originally costing £12 – all bearing a £1 clearance sticker.
Captioning the image, she wrote: "Might be worth a look in your nearest Sainsbury's store today.
"These were an absolute bargain at £1 a pair, all last summer's clearance stock.
Awesome deal. Thanks for sharing.
"Two pairs for my youngest to pop away for our holiday and a treat for me."
Fellow members were delighted by her revelation, and left grateful comments on her post.
