New mums are revealing the way they looked and felt after giving birth compared to Kate’s glam appearance in laugh-out-loud memes

With an immaculate blow-dry, perfect complexion and stylish outfit it seemed hard to believe that she'd been through labour just hours before.

Many mums were quick to take to social media to poke fun at how different they looked post-birth compared to Kate – and some of their memes are hilarious.

From a face like a punched Rocky Balboa to a body like Jabba The Hut, many mums were left awestruck by how glam Kate looked in comparison to themselves.

Some of the memes even poked fun at the fact that they had to wear giant nappy-like knickers after giving birth – something they assume Kate must have had to wear underneath her gorgeous Jenny Packham dress.

The Queen yesterday celebrated the birth of her latest great-grandchild with a horse back ride at Windsor Castle.

It's the first time in history that a boy will not precede his older sister in the line of succession, with Princess Charlotte remaining fourth, behind brother George.
