A "heartbroken" Prince Harry arrived on Monday for a showdown at Sandringham after announcing he and Meghan Markle quit as royals.
The Duke of Sussex was ushered into the Norfolk estate for crunch talks with the Queen, Prince William and dad Prince Charles – with his wife to dial in from Canada to discuss their future.
Prince Harry arrived just after 11am, while William – who has been staying at the nearby Amber Hall – arrived at 1.45pm, just before the meeting was set to start at 2pm.

Prince Charles has secretly been giving Harry and Meghan millions of pounds of his own cash to fund their lavish lifestyle, according to reports.
The Prince of Wales handed the money to his youngest son on top of the £2.3million he and Meghan already receive per year from the Duchy of Cornwall.
Insiders claim he paid out “hundreds of thousands of pounds” to help furnish Frogmore House along with the £2.4million of taxpayer cash spent on renovations and paid a "small fortune" for their wedding.
Prince Harry and William deny ‘bullying’ claims
Prince Harry and Prince William have united to say they are "deeply, deeply unhappy" about claims the latter's 'bullying' caused the royal split.
The Duke of Sussex was originally said by a royal source to have felt pushed out of the royal family by his big brother.
Their statement read: "Despite clear denials, a false story ran in a UK newspaper today speculating about the relationship between The Duke of Sussex and The Duke of Cambridge.
“For brothers who care so deeply about the issues surrounding mental health, the use of inflammatory language in this way is offensive and potentially harmful.”

The Duchess of Cambridge was seen leaving Kensington Palace as senior members of the royal family prepared to meet at Sandringham.
Kate, 38, wore her hair back with sparkling earrings and a beige coat as she carried out the school run in the rain on Monday morning.
Prince Harry and Meghan have denied plans for a "tell-all" interview if the crisis talks don't go their way.
Harry was originally said by a royal source to have felt pushed out of the royal family by his big brother.
Harry has already worked with Oprah for an Apple TV series on mental health.
