Sex toy company gives employees four days of annual leave to masturbate and says ALL workplaces should do the same – The Sun

SEX toy company LELO is giving its staff four extra days of annual leave – to masturbate.

Employees have been told to spend their "self love days" fulfilling themselves sexually and having as many orgasms as possible.

According to Cosmopolitan, LELO's ideology is all about cashing in on the physical and mental health benefits of masturbation.

Orgasms release endorphins and oxytocin – hormones that boost happiness.

LELO believes its "self love days" will make its employees happier and less stressed, which will ultimately boost their productivity levels.

The company is hoping people will return to the office with a "spring in their step".

LELO began its unique holiday scheme in November, with Rachael Nsofor – spokesperson for LELO UK – explaining: "Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it's completely free!

"We're delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our UK employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year as a 'self love day'.

"We hope our UK staff use them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick with the hope that they'll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible."

Meanwhile, the "Hot Doggy" is the perfect sex position for cold rainy days – and it's great for lazy girls.

These are your biggest sexual turn-ons according to your star sign, from BDSM to a quickie.

And sex toys that change colour the hornier you get will show how good your man is in bed.
