Love is in the air in Winterfell. Which is strange since the White Walkers are on their way to absolutely obliterate everyone in the kingdom, but whatever.
Despite their impending doom, several of the characters have managed to get closer to one another. Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen have certainly been warming up to one another. At least, they were until Snow told Targaryen that he was actually her nephew and the rightful heir to the throne. That definitely threw a wrench in their relationship.

Even Brienne of Tarth is getting eyes from not one, but two, potential suitors. Tormund Giantsbane isn’t discreet about his love for Brienne at all. Jaime Lannister, on the other hand, is possibly just realizing that he may have feelings for Brienne.
But no budding relationship was more surprising than the one between Arya Stark and Gendry. Up until now, the young Stark has been focused on killing her enemies and reuniting with her family, but since the start of the season, there has definitely been a spark igniting between her and the Baratheon heir.
On Sunday night’s episode, the characters finally got close and sealed the deal.
But how do the actors feel about one another in real life? Are they together?
Are Maisie Williams and Joe Dempsie dating?
After seeing the spark between Stark and Gendry, fans have wondered about the romantic lives of Maisie Williams and Joe Dempsie, who play the characters.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no romantic interest between the two.
Who is Maisie Williams dating?
Williams was previously in a longterm relationship with one of her former classmates, Ollie Jackson.
“Everyone just wants to have someone they can hang out with who is a friend and a boyfriend, and Ollie is that,” she told Elle UK last year.
The two lived together in an apartment in London while they were together. Fans believe that the couple has split as they no longer appear on each other’s social media accounts and Williams has been spotted out and about with a new potential beau, Reuben Selby.

Who is Dempsie dating?
Dempsie, much like his GOT character, is quite a secretive guy. The actor, who first rose to fame portraying Chris Miles on the popular British show Skins, was last linked romantically to actress Katie McGrath. The two were together from 2007 to 2010. After they split, McGrath went on to date actor Colin Morgan.
Dempsie hasn’t dated anyone publicly since his split from McGrath.
Is Dempsie gay?
In 2016, Dempsie appeared as the love interest of Rob Green in the music video for Green’s song, Blue. This caused fans to speculate on whether or not Demspie himself was actually gay.
This wasn’t the only time Dempsie played a gay character. He also voiced Steven on Once Upon a Time, who was a gay teenager.
Dempsie has never spoken on his sexuality but doesn’t seem to be bothered either way.

Will Williams and Dempsie get together?
Though the actors aren’t currently dating, they are both single. Maybe all of the press tours and interviews that they will be doing together will bring them closer. Here’s to hoping.
