Before the pandemic sent the country into lockdown, the path taken by Amber Paige would have won the approval of most parents.
She worked hard at school before going into further education to eventually become a qualified hospitality manager.
And entering her 20s, the successful young woman was just beginning to make her mark on the industry before Covid-19 caused a global shutdown.

But after being furloughed, Amber, from Buckinghamshire, started to question the direction of her life.
The inquisitive thinker, blessed with stunning good looks, began to consider a career in adult modelling.
And in an exclusive interview with Daily Star, she said: “I’ve always been interested in that sort of thing. You watch the documentaries and you think that’s really interesting.
“I was on furlough and I thought while I have the time I will look at it a bit more. I just thought I would give it a go.
“Then I did one shift at Babestation and I thought ‘yeah, that’s for me’ and I handed in my notice and I never went back.”
Amber, 22, has now been teasing randy callers by stripping down to her undies on Babestation for two years.
And asked what made her ditch her hospitality job after just one shift with the racy company, she said: “I just had fun and I really enjoyed it.
“It was so natural and I had never done anything like that before, stripping or camming.
“I had my management qualifications behind me so I thought if worse comes to worse and I don’t enjoy it after a few months I will have something to fall back on.”
But although her mind was made up, Amber then had the tricky scenario of deciding how and when to tell her loved ones of her sudden career switch.
Opening up for the first time, she said: “I didn’t actually tell my family for a little while.
“It’s quite a hard thing to come to terms with when one of your family members does something like that.
“They have a bit of an old fashioned mindset and they might not even think it’s safe so I didn’t want to worry them until I was sure that it’s what I wanted to do.
“So I gave them a few months until I knew I would stick at it for my career.
“When I told them they sorted reacted how I assumed they would. They were not over the moon but they said it was my decision and they supported me.”
And now she has been in the adult industry for two years, her nearest and dearest have learned to accept the choice.
“They see how happy I am and how well I am doing for myself and that I am a lot less stressful from when I was working in hospitality as a manager,” Amber said.
“They are glad I did it a certain way too. I went to college, got my apprenticeship and qualifications and then I took that route.”
Rather than being the one watching the documentaries, Amber has quickly become accustomed to being the person in front of the camera.
But not a lot has fazed the brunette beauty who is now slashing prices to help callers with the cost of living crisis.
She said: “It is hard work and I feel lucky because I’ve not had a bad experience.
“I know some girls I work alongside have had those, be it with stalkers or getting hate.
“I’ve witnessed that but luckily haven’t experienced it. Putting yourself in front of any sort of audience you are bound to get some sort of judgement.
“It has been what I assumed it would be. I’ve loved it.”
