She said: "I made my first real attempt to lose weight during college, but the way I did it was really unhealthy. I counted calories, and realised I was eating 3,000 calories a day.

Danielle quickly realised there was a link between her mental and physical health.
"My anxiety and depression levels impact the way that I consume food, and when I started recognizing that, I knew I needed a plan that was more structured," she told the magazine.
The solution came in the form of careful nutrition and regular workout sessions.
Danielle said: "I started to meal plan and count my macros in the MyFitnessPal app. I switched from things like noodles to quinoa. I focused on vegetables and protein.
"Instead of eating the meals at work, I made sure to make and bring my own meals so I didn’t have an excuse."
"I also started tracking my water intake. I didn’t realise how little water I was drinking before. I wasn’t craving food; I was craving water. So now I try to drink a gallon of water each day, and I have one of those big gallons with the lines that say, 'You’re almost there!' and 'You’re there!'
"I go to the gym four times a week. I run three miles, and then I do 30 minutes of strength training. It also helps with my anxiety, and I love the endorphins."
However, the US born star credits meal prep as having made the biggest changes to her lifestyle.
"Meal planning has made the biggest difference. I write my meals down in a journal every day and count the macros to make sure I get the healthy ingredients I need."
While Danielle is now in control of her body, she now understands where he body image problems stem from.
"I have body dysmorphia, and it is something that I’ve actually grown a lot in," she said, adding: "Talking with a therapist helped me recognise that what’s most important is what’s within, and I’m working on being able to forgive myself for how I view myself while also recognising my own beauty."
