Rob Lowe Says Prince Harry Is Rocking A Ponytail Now And I Stan

  • In an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Rob Lowe claims to have seen Prince Harry rocking what appeared to be a ponytail.
  • Lowe described his encounter with Prince Harry at a stoplight in their neighborhood—a rare sighting, according to the actor.
  • Lowe attempted to confirm his speculation, “Oh no, it was him because I have to say I followed him to the house to see if the car went in.”

While we all have embraced laid-back looks during these past few months, it appears even Prince Harry has abandoned his royal stylings. In an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Montecito-based actor Rob Lowe described the moment when he had the unexpected pleasure of spotting his neighbor Prince Harry at a stoplight.

Minutes before appearing on the show, Lowe caught this rare glimpse of the prince. “He’s been very reclusive. Seeing him in the neighborhood is like seeing the Loch Ness Monster, and I finally saw him. I finally saw him driving his car,” Lowe explained.

And what he saw may perhaps be the most intriguing hairstyle that Prince Harry has sported.

“I may have a scoop. It was very, very quick, don’t totally quote me on it, but it looked like he’s wearing a ponytail,” Lowe said. “I’m just saying. It looked to me as a casual observer that his hair had grown very long and was pulled back very tightly by what I can only assume was a ponytail.”

Lowe, wary of starting a vicious rumor, told a skeptical Corden, “Oh no, it was him because I have to say I followed him to the house to see if the car went in.”

That’s right, folks, our favorite California-based prince ostensibly spent the last ten months growing out his ginger locks (the last time he was seen on a video call was over a month ago). After the year they’ve had, I’m happy that Prince Harry can blow off some steam with a new look. Fingers crossed we’ll get a picture when Meghan and Harry visit their in-laws in June—if he doesn’t get a haircut by then, of course.
