The backlash against YouTuber Logan Paul grows as people react to his posting the video of a man’s dead body hanging in Japan’s Aokigahara forest.
Despite Paul issuing an official apology on both his Youtube channel and Twitter, the savage reactions to his posting the infamous suicide forest video keep coming.
Actor Aaron Paul, who is not related to the famous YouTuber, shared this message on social media.
“Dear @LoganPaul. How dare you! You disgust me. I can’t believe that so many young people look up to you. So sad. Hopefully this latest video woke them up. You are pure trash. Plain and simple. Suicide is not a joke. Go rot in hell.” The Breaking Bad star Tweeted.
Never one to shy away from expressing an opinion, Piers Morgan was also quick to tell Logan Paul exactly what he thought of him.
“You’re a sick, twisted, heartless little prick.” Morgan said on social media.
Actress Sophie Turner took aim at Paul for his apology, as well as for posting the video in the first place. She did not hold back when it came to telling him exactly how she felt.
“@LoganPaul You’re an idiot. You’re not raising awareness. You’re mocking. I can’t believe how self-praising your “apology” is. You don’t deserve the success (views) you have. I pray to God you never have to experience anything like that man did.” Turner Tweeted.
The social media backlash is heating up, but not everyone is lining up to stone the YouTuber. Chrissy Teigen attempted to start a conversation about ethical mistakes and the consequences people face after making one.

“Logan Paul, something I always think about is when people make…ethical mistakes, as in, not-illegal, should we really be trying to ruin their lives and end their careers or accept the apology, personally make a choice to stop watching, and move on.” Teigen said in what became the first of a series of Tweets on the subject.
Teigen was soon slammed for her tweets, that included an example of her no longer doing business with a clothing company that devalues IVF. Despite all the pushback, she stood her ground making it clear that “people do not have to forgive him” and that what he did was “sick and stupid.” Not long after her remarks, her Twitter account was set to private.
