Victoria Derbyshire has revealed herself to the unlikely champion of trendy brand Rixo – after donning a series of daring pieces from the label.

The BBC presenter, 49, won praise for wearing the brand’s £285 Joanne Teal Pluto midi dress on her programme this morning, with fans describing it as ‘gorgeous’.

Victoria has previously worn the label’s £215 Georgia Psychedelic Star side split skirt, as well as the Margo embellished midi dress, priced at £285.  

British brand Rixo has quickly become a celebrity favourite since its launch in 2015, with the likes of Holly Willoughby, Millie Mackintosh, and Fearne Cotton being fans.

Viewers have rushed to praise Victoria for the ‘unusual’ frock she wore to present BBC Two’s Victoria Derbyshire show this morning.

Victoria wore Rixo’s Margo embellished midi dress, priced at £285, to the Royal Television Society Awards in February

Victoria appears to be a fan of space-themed garments, after wearing Rixo’s star-printed midi skirt to present her show earlier this month. 

She also wore a navy dress printed with silver and gold stars by the brand to the Royal Television Society Awards in February, teaming the frock with a pair of black ankle boots.

The TV presenter previously wore Marks & Spencer’s sell-out £45 Constellation Print Long Sleeve Midi Dress back in September, which also featured a star print.

Trendy brand Rixo was founded back in 2015 by London College of Fashion  graduates Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McClosky.

It has quickly gained a loyal following among celebrities and fashion insiders alike, with Holly Willoughby pictured wearing pieces from the brand on several occasions.
