A woman has helped her lizard go viral thanks to a series of hilarious pictures where she used her unusual pet as a model for her jewelry.
The anonymous woman, from Tennessee, wanted to share her ring collection with the 36,200 members of Facebook group That’s It, I’m Ring Shaming, but didn’t want to show her fingers.
Instead, she put the big sparkler on the head of her pet lizard Cleo – a bearded dragon – and it wasn’t long before people fell in love.
Members of the group dubbed him ‘the Lizard King,’ leading the pet lover to post a second picture of Cleo with another ring – this time with a red stone,
‘This lizard is adorable,’ enthused one, while another added: ‘Idgaf about the candle rings, what’s that handsome chap’s name.’

Seeing how popular the reptile – named Cleo – was with the Facebook group, his owner added a second picture with another ring
Members of the group admitted their hearts melted for the little reptile as they couldn’t stop gushing about his regal appearance
While the group usually poke light-hearted fun at other people’s rings, members felt the lizard was too cute to shame.
In a post which has since gathered more than 1,600 likes and almost 500 comments, Cleo’s owner penned: ‘Using my lizard as a model because he’s better looking than my hands are.’
Noticing its popularity, the woman later added another picture of the lizard, which similarly went down a storm and added:
‘OMG I can’t believe how much this has blown up. about to just use him for a model for now on.’

Cleo the bearded dragon melted the hearts of the group members, who could not stop gushing.
‘You’ve started a new lizard model trend,’ wrote one, while a further commented: ‘At this point i don’t even care about the rings. Just let him be the King he is.’
‘Oh my goodness look at him! He’s f****** posing,’ said another, while a further commented: ‘Handsome crown for a handsome friend [sic].’
And while all eyes were on Cleo, some could not resist poking fun at the rings either.
‘I SEE NO RING. ONLY THE LIZARD KING,’ commented one, while a second wrote: ‘I LOVE HIM! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH HE IS A KING AND HIS TIARAS ARE TOO TACKY FOR HIS MAJESTY.’
Another added: ‘Ma’am, this group is for ring shaming. Those are clearly tiaras.’
Some members of the group said the lizard had taken their attention away from the rings – but there were still some who could not resist poking fun at the rings
