    LATE MORNING NAP

Our man Templegate is back but his big-race insight ahead of another busy weekend.

He has picks for every race of the day here and has opted for a Godolphin horse as his BEST BET of the day in the big one.

MASTER OF THE SEAS enjoyed the Rowley Mile when taking the Craven Stakes here last time. He quickened well despite traffic problems and stayed strongly. Trainer Charlie Appleby is in top form and he has more to offer.

    GUINEAS WEEKEND

Good morning racing fans and welcome to Newmarket as Sun Racing takes you through the action from Guineas weekend.

Today sees the first Classic of this season take place with the 2000 Guineas at 3.40 this afternoon.

It’s a wide open affair with flip-flopping favourites even this morning – and some big drifters.

Wembley for Aidan O’Brien was favourite first thing this morning but has been replaced by Thunder Moon for son Joseph O’Brien.

Mutasaabeq had been backed in too but has just drifted slightly this morning.

Plenty of money coming for the Godolphin horse Master Of The Seas – the choice for William Buick.

That choice has sent the odds on the other horse from the yard, One Ruler, soaring to a now double-digit price having headed the market last weekend.

Frankie Dettori says he is really excited for his ride later and believes he has ‘as good a chance as anybody’ teaming up with O’Brien senior with Battleground.

Before that is another intriguing affair in the Group 2 over 1m4f.

Sir Ron Priestley looks set to go off favourite as Pyledriver and Al Zaraqaan biting at his heels in this morning’s market.

Templegate and Matt Chapman are back with their selections for today and we will have those throughout the afternoon as well as all the best betting offers to hopefully help land a few extra winners.

We get underway at 1.15pm – build-up to follow!
