BARCELONA have agreed to let Philippe Coutinho leave on loan before the window closes, according to reports.
The Brazilian left Liverpool for Barca in 2018 but has struggled to replicate his Anfield form since his arrival for £142million.
According to TalkSport, the 27-year-old's preference is to come back to the Premier League with the Reds rivalling Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham for their former star's signature.
COUTINHO COULD SHINE
There's no denying if Coutinho does sign for Arsenal he'll become a Dream Team favourite again.
Before leaving for Barcelona in January last year, the little Brazilian was averaging more points per game than anyone in 2017/18.
While it hasn't worked out in Spain he clearly likes the Premier League, scoring and assisting for fun in his final two seasons.
If Coutinho does return to the Premier League he'll likely cost around £4.5m on Dream Team.
