No. 1 overall pick Deandre Ayton had an impressive preseason debut with the Suns on Monday, putting up 24 points and 9 rebounds in his first 30 minutes of NBA action.
He was facing off against fellow Puma athlete Marvin Bagley III, but the Suns big man wasn’t wearing Puma sneakers. Instead, he wore Nike Kobe AD shoes with the Nike logo taped over.
