Jordan Pickford delights fans with Gareth Southgate's 'you're the one' England chant at The Courteeners gig

The England goalkeeper, 24, blasted out the 'you're the one' chant made famous during the World Cup in Russia.

Pickford was captured at the Manchester band's concert in Nottingham after their winter tour started last week.

The Everton star is enjoying a few days off after helping England to qualify for the Nations League finals next summer thanks to the comeback win over Croatia on Sunday.

He is spotted singing the rendition of Atomic Kitten's 2001 hit Whole Again customised for the popular Three Lions boss.

Twitter user @ReillyPhoenix videoed the stopper in full voice on what appears to be a balcony at Rock City in the East Midlands.

The chant goes: "Looking back on when we first met; I cannot escape and I cannot forget; Southgate, you’re the one; you still turn me on; and football’s coming home again."

The chant was the song of the summer as Southgate led his troops to the semi-finals of the World Cup in Russia.

But it resurfaced again this week as England beat the United States and Croatia at Wembley.

Pickford made the phrase "Get the rave on" famous during the World Cup and then had the words inscribed into his boots for the international games in September.

It originated through MC Tazo and Pickford often posts the phrase on social media.

And as if fans could not love him enough, he has only gone and endeared himself even more with his latest brilliant act.
