Congratulations to the Atlanta Falcons on their Super Bowl LIII victory.
Sixteen years after Atlanta rappers Jermaine Dupri and Ludacris released their original “Welcome to Atlanta” track, the duo returned for a remixed version all about the Falcons. It’s so good.
They teamed up with the Falcons to film a music video that included plenty of cameos from Falcons stars, which gave us this brilliant shot of Matt Ryan.

Ludacris told atlantafalcons.com that him and Dupri jumped at the opportunity to remix the song for their favorite NFL team.
“To be able to do a Falcons version of our hit song ‘Welcome to Atlanta’ is an opportunity of a lifetime,” Ludacris said. “Not just because we have a lasting impression and a timeless song that people identify with even coming to Atlanta, but now we have the opportunity to do the same thing for our team and the Falcons that we’ve been riding so long for.”
The Falcons open their season on Thursday night against the defending-champion Philadelphia Eagles.
