The heavyweight showed off his new-look motor just two days ago and he has already picked up a parking ticket after parking in a disabled bay.
Former world champ Fury is closing in on a return to the ring – over two years after beating Wladimir Klitschko.
On his comeback, he said: “I’m in a very, very good place.
“I’m very happy at the moment. I feel fully focused, fit and strong.
“Everything’s going well. The two-and-a-half years out has helped me. I needed that time off to let my body have a rest and spend some time with the family.
“I’ve got my heard working again. I want to set the division on fire again.
“The fire is back now. It’s taken over two-and-a-half years to get the fire back.
“I don’t need to fight for the money. When I had a lot of money, it didn’t make me happy.
"When it’s Christmas every day, that does not make you happy. Being active makes you happy.
“I want to inspire others. There are a lot of people out there with mental health problems, so if I can come back, they can too.”
