    DJOK REACTS

The world number one also discussed his several falls again on the centre court grass.

We are used to playing in front of crowds and we haven't had that the last 18 months. So I'm just happy they are here. I also seem to be having a nice connection with the grass! I don't recall falling this much in the first two matches at Wimbledon. It was nice having a connection with the crowd AND the grass!

He hit only a handful of unforced errors today. Something he had been working on.

That was one of the tactical goals today, to make as low an unforced error count as possible. I knew I wouldn't get many chances to break so I had to play less risky. I did better than I thought I would do. Hopefully my coach doesn't have many complaints about my performance!

He acknowledges it was a difficult game against a good server.

It's never easy playing someone that has a lot of quality in their shots, particularly their serve and a lot of experience on the big stage

Another Djokovic drop shot at 15-0. Anderson made the early move knowing it was coming and still couldn’t get there.

Anderson goes searching for a winner and has plenty of court to work with but misses again.

Another very good serve-and-volley from Anderson as he approaches the net and sends an easily backhand away.

    DJOKOVIC 6-3 6-3 *1-1 ANDERSON

Good hold from Anderson after losing the first point.

He will need more aces like he got at 15-all.

His final point was a very deep forehand, run under the feet of Djokovic who couldn't adjust to make any sort of real contact.

A scream of 'COME ON' from the South African.

    What a way to break!

A big Anderson miss at the net puts him behind in the game.

Then another baseline rally before Djokovic moves into the net and delivers a slice, forehand dropshot which clears the net and drops like a stone on Anderson’s side.

A backhand rally commences with Anderson going well long to hand Djokovic three break points.

He saves the first with a great serve-and-volley which attracts another clap from his opponent.

But the next serve-and-volley attempt isn’t put away and Djokovic lobs Anderson at the net and it clips the baseline.
