The World Chess Championship takes place biennially and features just two players who play 12 matches.
The World Chess Championship 2018 opened in London on Friday.
American grandmaster Fabiano Caruana is challenging the current Norwegian title holder, Magnus Carlsen – both in their 20s – in this 12-match championship.
Carlsen became world champion five years ago when he was just 22. Caruana is a year younger and is considered a special talent, leaving chess experts undecided who will win.
