The Wrestling giants have invited him to their next London show after he was hilariously mistaken for the Hollywood hero because they have the same name.
WWE accidentally tagged the Londoner in a Facebook post that was intended to promote the superstar's new book.
It read: "The People's Champion, The Brahma Bull and a WWE LEGEND!
"Read all about the journey of one of the GREATEST of all time, Dwayne Johnson in his brand new book! Get yours from Asda now."
But fans were quick to highlight the error, with one stating: "Haha wwe you tagged the wrong Dwayne Johnson."
Dwayne from London was presumably left baffled after he started to receive notifications from some of the page's 330,000 followers.
But the WWE kept the post on their page and Dwayne, who has 27 friends on his profile, was still tagged days after the mix-up.
The Rock is one of the most well-known wrestlers of all time and he is an eight-time WWE champion.
And the American, 46, is the brains and face behind a new gruelling US game show.
Following his phenomenal career in the ring, he is keen to put contestants through their paces in a show that is predicted to blow Gladiators out the water.
And the new book will only add to his fortune after it was revealed that he is worth a whopping £170.3 million.
