Baby dies after being found unconscious in Hotel Pennsylvania

A 4-month-old baby died early Saturday after he was found unconscious in a Midtown hotel — and his stepsister and her pal have been taken into custody, cops said.

An employee at the Hotel Pennsylvania on Seventh Avenue near West 33rd Street spotted one of the women holding little Dominic Greene in the hallway around 1:10 a.m., according to police.

The worker noticed the infant was unresponsive and called 911, cops said.

Responding paramedics rushed Greene to NYU Langone Medical Center, but he could not be saved.

His 24-year-old stepsister and her 26-year-old female friend, who cops described as the stepsister’s acquaintance, are being held by police. They were not staying at the hotel, and it was unclear whether they were trying to get a room.

The city Medical Examiner is expected to determine the boy’s cause of death.
