‘Bomb explodes’ leaving ‘several wounded and blood on wall of’ government office

An explosion at a government facility in China has left "several injured" and others "presumed dead," according to Weibo, after a bomb went off, causing a house to fall under the shock waves.

Disturbing footage from the scene of an explosion in Mingjing Village, Hualong Town, Panyu District, of China, shows several people laying amongst debris.

The bomb reportedly went off inside a government facility at around 10am on March 22 local time.
